Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We have a synchronised process to accept a return. Which is explained in the steps below.

Step - 1:

If there is any issue with item  (New/Used other than explained in description) delivered, after you contact us, we will assist you for minor issues over a video call, to check if the issue can be sorted at your end.

Step - 2: 

If the issue is complicated and can't be solved at your end, then an engineer will be sent to have a look into the problem and carryout the solution to have your item fixed.

Step - 3:

If even the issue is not solved in the step-2, then we will send you replacement with exact model subject to availability, or we can agree with you by offering you another model similar or close to in features with the one you have (Difference in price will apply to both sides).

Step - 4: 

In case we fail to solve the issue in the above 3 Steps, we will offer you a full refund. The item will be collected on the next visit to your area with in 1-2 weeks time after your cancellation.

The following conditions shall be satisfied:

To be eligible for a return, for new items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a van with a man, as well as instructions on when and how package will be collected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
