With 18 pre-set workout apps and digital quick controls for incline (0-10%) and speed (0-18 KPH), you can maintain optimal performance. Keep track of your pulse on the go with the EKG grip pulse feature and view it on the Round Watts LED Display for analysis. For more detailed data, utilize the Custom Performance Center to review your workout progress.. Utilizing iFit®️ Bluetooth Smart (BLE), you can access new daily workouts, track your progress, simulate real-world runs with Google Maps™️, compete with friends, and personalize your training for your specific goals, enhancing the user experience of the treadmill (iFit subscription not included). Additionally, the 400i includes iPod compatible audio and 2 - 2" speakers for entertainment while you train.
